Training is about 45% class learning/group participation and 55% personal interactions. You do by learning and doing not from listening to instructors drone on and on about what they did to succeed. You may know the rules of the game, but do you know how to play? With SMC you practice like the real thing so when you are in the game, you know what to do to win.
This training is designed to set the stage for, and augment broker and/or industry-specific knowledge and skills. Snacks and drinks, workbooks, pens, highlighters, and other tools provided.

This is a five-day (one day per week for five weeks) course. The Real Estate Agent will learning and then practicing Sales Core Competencies.
